NeuQuant is litigation-support software for use by licensed attorneys only. By accessing this service you represent that you are a licensed attorney or are acting under the direction of one. Output does not constitute legal advice. Admissibility of results is determined by the court.
By accessing or purchasing any NeuQuant product or service, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and either (a) a licensed attorney in good standing, or (b) acting on behalf of and at the direction of a licensed attorney engaged in litigation-support work.
NeuQuant is forensic e-discovery and analysis software. The service ingests legal-discovery formats, runs a multi-stage analytical pipeline, and produces SHA-256-sealed evidence manifests and analytical outputs. The service is designed to support, but does not itself execute, FRE 902(13)/(14) self-authentication.
Customer matter data is processed locally on customer or dedicated hardware. Supporting services (billing via Stripe, authentication, marketing) use standard cloud infrastructure.
NeuQuant outputs are analytical artifacts intended for attorney review. NeuQuant is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and outputs do not constitute legal advice. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AuraQuan LLC.
Admissibility of NeuQuant-derived evidence and analytical outputs in any proceeding is determined by the court. AuraQuan LLC makes no warranty that outputs will be admitted or weighted by any tribunal.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AuraQuan LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for internal litigation-support purposes. You may not:
Do not transmit privileged or confidential matter content via any initial unsecured channel. Matter intake is conducted via gated intake forms; refer to the FRE 902 procedural note on the landing page for the intake contact.
Fees for the Genesis Audit ($500 one-time), Strategic Evidence Dossier ($1,950 one-time), Founding Member subscription ($199/month), and Monthly Retainer ($4,900/month) are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. One-time engagements are refundable in full only if work has not commenced; once analytical processing begins, fees are non-refundable.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAQUAN LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. AURAQUAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AURAQUAN LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY ANALYTICAL CONCLUSION WILL BE ACCURATE OR LEGALLY ADMISSIBLE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraQuan LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the service, including any claim that data you submitted infringed third-party rights or was processed without lawful authority.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Dallas County, Texas, under the then-current commercial arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration body. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
AuraQuan LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
