Customer matter data is not collected by NeuQuant. NeuQuant processes customer matter content on customer or dedicated hardware. Supporting services (billing, authentication, marketing) collect only the operational telemetry described below.
NeuQuant is designed for air-gapped deployment. Customer matter content — emails, documents, evidence files, analytical outputs — is processed on customer or dedicated hardware and is not transmitted to AuraQuan LLC. AuraQuan LLC does not have access to, copies of, or backups of customer matter data.
The following supporting services use standard cloud infrastructure and may collect operational telemetry necessary to provide service:

Operational telemetry is used solely to: process payments, deliver requested communications, secure the service, and produce aggregate usage metrics. AuraQuan LLC does not sell personal data and does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
The neuquant.com landing page does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary security cookies. Stripe checkout pages set their own cookies subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, effective July 1, 2024), you have rights to: (a) know what personal information AuraQuan LLC processes about you, (b) request deletion, (c) request correction, (d) opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. AuraQuan LLC does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise other rights, contact legal@neuquant.com.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, the lawful bases for processing operational telemetry are: (a) performance of a contract (billing, service delivery), (b) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, aggregate metrics), and (c) consent where required. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact legal@neuquant.com to exercise these rights.
Operational telemetry is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described: payment records per applicable tax / accounting requirements (typically 7 years), security logs up to 12 months, email send-event logs up to 12 months. Customer matter data is not retained by AuraQuan LLC at any time.
AuraQuan LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including transport encryption (TLS), at-rest encryption for stored operational telemetry, access logging, and least-privilege access control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
NeuQuant is intended for licensed attorneys. The service is not directed to children under 18, and AuraQuan LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Supporting-service providers may process operational telemetry in the United States. By using the service from outside the United States, you consent to this transfer.
AuraQuan LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
